Log in to our Banner Bank Mobile Banking app. Tap the Debit Card Controls tab. 1. Tap the Manage Card tab. 2. Tap the Controls & Alerts tab. 3. Tap the Merchants Types tab. 4. Use the toggle to enable or disable merchant controls. 5. Tap a specific merchant type to enable or disable a specific merchant.
