Spend Limits For each of your Banner Bank cards, you can set transaction limits to control the amounts you spend.

Log in to our Banner Bank Mobile Banking app. Tap the Debit Card Controls tab. 1. Tap the Manage Card tab. 2. Tap the Controls & Alerts tab. 3. Tap the Spend Limits tab. 4. Use the “Per Transaction” toggle to enable or disable a per transaction spend limit. 5. Enter a transaction limit.
