Debit Card Controls Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you tap the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

Log in to our Banner Bank Mobile Banking app. Tap the Debit Card Controls tab. 1. Tap the Manage Card tab. 2. Tap the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 3. Tap the button to call and report your card lost/stolen.
