Bill Payment Canceling Payments

You can cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

In the Bill Pay tab, click Bill Payment . 1. In the Pending window, find the payment you wish to edit and click the “Edit” link. 2. Choose whether you want to edit a single occurence or the entire series. 3. Click the Continue button. 4. Select the slider next to “I would like to stop this payment.
