Individual Session (25min) TRX / Rip is a fun, resistance exercise approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you throughout workout. Great for all fitness levels. Assisted Stretching with Mike Friday, June 12 th 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Individual Session (15 min) Decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion.
