Thin anterior maxillary ridge requiring expansion. An initial incision and flap reflection is made to allow access to the ridge.

Small diameter pilot drill is introduced to mark implant site.

(Option for Soft Bone) An initial crest osteotomy can be started with an ACE Mini Blade (786-6400).

Vertical osteotomy cuts performed with Ridge Expanding Chisel through the buccal cortex in an oblique fashion followed by horizontal osteotomy at ridge crest.

ACE Site Dilator can be used to prepare the expanded osteotomy for implant placement.

Implant osteotomy site is completed using chosen implant protocols. Implant in place; labial ridge preserved.
