Niehoff licence and adapted to the requirements of the Indian market. The switchboard system was made by Siemens India according to German wiring diagrams. The MMH 101 drawing machine on display is designed to simultaneously draw sixteen wires in 21 drafts with final single wire diameters between 0.15mm and 0.5mm. These wires exceed the most demanding specifications and pro- cessing requirements in view of elec- trical conductivity, surface quality and mechanical properties and can be processed to fine multiwire bundles with excellent characteristics. In addition to multiwire drawing machines for copper wire, Niehoff offers 8 and 16-wire drawing machines with corresponding continuous annea- lers for aluminium and aluminium alloy wires. The Niehoff booth will include the Niehoff partner companies Strecker (wire welding machines), Bühler-Würz- Kaltwalztechnik (cold rolling mills), Zeller + Gmelin (drawing lubricants), Leimbach (cable machinery), HFSAB (lead extruders and cable repair and recovery systems), and NewTec (wire enamelling machines). PWM (Pressure Welding Machines Ltd) Stand/ 展台 B9A

British company PWM, designer and manufacturer of cold pressure welders and dies for over 30 years, will exhibit its range of high performance manual welders. Hand-held, bench and trolley-mounted models will be on show, with wire diameter capacities of 0.1mm to 3.6mm diameter copper and 0.1mm to 5mm aluminium. Visitors can watch demonstrations of the cold weld process and try the machines themselves. PWM cold pressure welders will repair non-ferrous wire breaks quickly and reliably to create a strong permanent bond that is stronger than the parent material. No heat, flux or fillers are required and the welding process takes only minutes to complete. PWM’s hand-held portable welders, the M10, M25 and M30 models, are ideal for joining wire in confined spaces. Suitable for wire and strip 0.1mm to 1.8mm diameter, the machines are comfortable to hold and easy to use. The larger BM10 and BM30 bench-mounted models are durable, low maintenance machines with similar capacities. The versatile M101 can be bench mounted or supplied with a trolley, enabling the machine to be wheeled directly to the work area.
