When it's time to do a new catalog and I'm called on to reflect on 19 years in business, it leaves me wondering where to begin. Going way back, I remember learning to ride on a green 1971 Honda QA50 in the small town of Emery, South Dakota (pop. 384) where I grew up. Great memories! My love for motorcycles started at a really young age, so I guess it's no surprise I am where I am today. Laura continues to lead her Helping with Horsepower™ charitable efforts, Karlee works at Klock Werks full time, Erika has a new business here in Mitchell, SD, and we are still one fast family on the salt flats! It is because of YOU - the customers and friends we have met over the years that we get to share our passion with - that any of it matters. It is because of you that we strive so hard to design and build the best parts your hard earned dollars can buy. From accurate fitments, to coating and material choices, we stake our reputation with you on it and never short cut on quality. THE STORY OF THE FLARE™ Not 3 weeks after winning the Discovery Channel's Biker Build Off in 2006, Klock Werks found themselves at the Bonneville Salt Flats with the winning Bagger and Laura Klock as the pilot. In the first 2 passes she rode to a National Land Speed Record. Reporting a lift in the front end as she increased speed with a stock windshield, Klock Werks set out to design a windshield that would make the bike more stable at high speeds. Starting simply, Brian held his arm out the window while driving, testing airflow with his hand held in different positions to figure out how to add downforce. From there a prototype was designed, and the Flare™ Windshield was born. After extensive planning and testing, including an incredible opportunity to test the design in Nascar Country at the A2 Wind Tunnel in Mooresville, NC, the Flare™ Windshield is now available to you!

The Flare™ Windshield was developed at Klock Werks out of a desire and need for stability at highway speeds and for racing on the Bonneville Salt Flats. The Flare™ is the ORIGINAL windshield of its kind, and has surprised riders everywhere with not only how great it looks, but also with how well it performs. The innovative design features “hips” at the outer edge of the shield that re-route the air to add downforce to the front of the bike. This creates stability superior to riding with a stock shield. The “flip” at the top of the Flare™ is designed to kick the air up and back as “clean”, less turbulent air for the rider and passenger. Klock Werks Flare™ Nuts are manufactured out of a superior material and have a revolutionary design, including a metal washer molded into the flange to prevent the well nut from pushing through the windshield mounting hole and ending up inside your fairing. In addition, we’ve added a superior brass threaded insert that tightens the well- nut, but allows for continuous installation and removal. STAMPED STEEL FRONT FENDERS Changing your front fender is an easy way to add some personal style! The Klock Werks design team has put together great options ranging from traditional bagger style, to tire hugging options, to one-piece front fenders for big wheel bagger projects. All of Klock Werks Front Fenders are stamped from 14 gauge steel using precision, deep-draw stamping technology that ensures a consistently smooth and flawless finish, minimizing bodywork. Laser cut using 5-axis laser technology to ensure accurate fitment for direct bolt-on installation. Klock Werks then goes the extra mile to add e-coat, a process to prevent rust and corrosion. Painters love Klock Werks Fenders and you will too! Klock Werks FRONT FENDER MOUNTING BLOCKS (Klock Blocks) are designed to provide perfect spacing for easy installation of any Klock Werks Front Fender. Machined from billet aluminum, available in chrome or raw finish, and are sold in pairs. If you are not buying a Front Fender Fit Kit, be sure you order blocks. Sold separately. Call with questions.

BENCHMARK STYLE FRONT FENDERS

Traditional bagger style without the factory rivets. Benchmark Style Front Fenders offer rivetless smooth sides, an extended (1-1/2”) rear tail, and a lower profile than your stock fender. The 14 gauge stamped steel is rigid enough to act as a fork brace. Benchmark fenders are 6-1/2” wide. Fitments available for 16", 17”, 18”, 19” (fits up to 140 series tire) or 21” wheels (fits up to 130 series tire). PRICES STARTING AT $279.95
Installation requires use of front fender mounting blocks on some models. Some fitments are available as FIT KITS.
