Grand Cru Surchoix + Doodle White A lightly oaked Chardonnay with a clean style finish - the perfect contrast for a nutty, tangy cheese. Grand Cru Surchoix, crafted at Emmi Roth USA in Monroe, was named best cheese on the planet at the 2016 World Championship Cheese Competition. Muenster + Peachy Keen Fruity notes of fresh peaches – complimented by a creamy and mild, yet savory cheese called Muenster. From Silver Lewis Cooperative – one of Wisconsin’s oldest cheese factories, near Monticello. Emmentaler + Purple Martin A sweet red bursting with flavors of Concord grapes – paired up with an Old World Swiss classic that is nutty and buttery with a touch of sweetness. Emmentaler is produced by Edelweiss Creamery, Monticello, in giant wheels weighing in at around 180 pounds.
