HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training This class involves short and long bursts of plyometric and calisthen- ics targeting all body parts and giving you the most effective cardio workout in the shortest amount of time. Intensity and difficulty of sets will be gradually increased. Wheth- er you are looking for a quick workout that is effective and fun or a great way to compliment your gym routine and lose those few extra pounds, this class will be sure to bring results.
