I hereby certify, that to the best ofmy knowledge the financial statements have beenprepared in accordancewith applicable accounting standards and present a true and fair view of the assets, financial position and results of the Company and of its consolidated group of companies and that the management report presents a true and fair picture of the business, its results and the financial condition of the Company and of its consolidated group of companies, as well as a description of the principal risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed. The Company has obtained an audit completion letter from its StatutoryAuditors, wherein the auditors indicate that they have verified the information regarding the financial position and financial statements included in the Registration Document and that they have read the entire Registration Document.
