Our goals, initiatives and monitoring indicators for 2018-2020 The 2018-2020 CSR strategy, validated by the Management Board and presentedto the Groupe BPCE Steering and SupervisoryBoard, is designed to be: consistentwith the strategyof each brand and the initiativesof the ● group entities; comprehensive,based on the four pillars of CSR: economy, society, ● environment and labor relations;

deeply rooted inour cooperative banking DNA; ● around collective values,actionsand ambitions. ●

From a practical standpoint,this strategy is rolled out through four commitments(economic,societal, environmentaland social) and two cross-disciplinaryapproaches(coordinationand oversight)that confirm the group’sdeterminationto “take adifferentapproach to CSR.”

Oversight of Groupe BPCE’s CSR strategy To be in sync with the bank’s new TEC 2020 strategic plan, CSR objectives and indicators were defined in 2017 with the goal of meeting its new CSR priorities for 2018-2020while drawing on the work alreadyaccomplished through the 10CSR projects.

It should be noted that regular reviews (at least twice a year) on CSR initiativesare performedby the Cooperativeand CSR Committeeand presented to the Groupe BPCE Steering and Supervisory Board,
