As for the urbanization of the Group HR information system, the workshopsconductedwith the Groupe BPCE HR IS managersresulted in the definitionof a timetablefor the “HubRH”solution.This solution will be used to transmit documents and data between the different HR tools and thus eliminatethe need for multipleentries and working with scanned documents.Lot 1, which went live at the end of 2017, handles digitally signed documents that are directly sent to the virtual HRoffice without anymanualintervention. In February 2017, Solutions Numériques (digital solutions magazine)awardedBPCE the top prize for digital transformation in the HR category, specifically for the electronic storage of employee admin records in the virtual HRoffice. In September 2017, Docusign named Groupe BPCE “Digital Hero 2017” for establishing an electronic signature platform for HR documents.BPCE is the first banking group in Europe to deploy this type of platform. In November 2017, a panel of experts awardedBPCE a “Business Performance Awards 2017” trophy for the digital revolution of the HRCockpit rolled out at Groupe BPCE companies. Career Observatory Because it operates under a system of multiple labor agreementsand multiple professionalnetworks,Groupe BPCE has instituteda method of predictive employment analysis based on reliable, consistent criteria, for the Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargnenetworks and in close cooperationwith the French trade associations for banking (AFB) and insurance. To this end, as a complementto the quantitativereports,a qualitative study was carried out in 2017 under the auspices of the National Labor Relations Commission (CPNE) for the Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne professionalnetworks. The topic of review in 2017, jointly selected by the OPMQCs (Forward-LookingCareers, Skills and Qualifications Observatories) of the BP and CE branches, was: “ Emergenceof new professionsand new skills: what are the priorities and realities for the Banque Populaire banks and Caisses d’Epargne? Withan extensiveanalysisof BackOfficeprofessions .”

At the same time, work carried out under the purview of the Group Career Observatory,institutedunder the Group’soccupationand skills forecasting agreement, which was signed in 2011 and renewed in 2014, identifies and analyzes “sensitive” job types, which are characterizedby a substantial change in the number of staff and/or skills required. This informationhas helped steer employmentpolicies in a forward-thinkingdirection by seeking to specifically prioritize whichever forms of assistance are deemed necessary, while sharing and encouraging discussion with management and labor representativesregarding the future of our business lines, skills and qualifications. INTERNATIONAL LABOR ORGANIZATION Groupe BPCE’s growth is pursued in accordance with fundamental human and social rights wherever it does business. Each entity monitorscompliancewith rules on freedomof association and workingconditions inrespect of its international activities. Elimination of forced labor and abolition of child labor In accordance with the Group’s adherence to the Global Compact, each entity abstains from using forced or compulsory labor or child labor in accordance with the International Labor Organization’s conventions, even if local laws authorize such practices. Elimination of discrimination in employment In its procurement policy, Groupe BPCE refers to its sustainable development policy, its adherence to the Global Compact and its commitmentsand to the founding texts of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international conventions of the International Labor Organization. Suppliers undertaketo respect these agreementsin their countriesof operation by signing contracts containing specific clauses in this respect. One of the commitmentsof the Global Compact concerns respect for Human Rights. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
