Summary (1) 2 nd. breast conserving surgery & APBI with salvage brachytherapy is a good alternative to mastectomy for the treatment of unifocal in-breast recurence after previous breast conserving surgery & WBI.

(2) Further studies are meaningfully to precise / refine the value of 2 nd. Breast conserving surgery plus re- irradiation in direct comparison with sole salvage mastectomy
