• National French Guidelines do not recommend APBI outside of trials

• The APBI technique mostly used in France in external beam radiotherapy

• IORT APBI with intrabeam is not reimbursed in France and only 5% of the centers are equipped

• Little use of brachytherapy in breast, less than 6% of the centers doing brachy APBI
