Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a widely used quality control method that identifies potential issues in the food handling process. The focus of HACCP is on prevention and control. A HACCP uniform program is an important part of a comprehensive HACCP plan. ITU AbsorbTech has adopted the HACCP system for uniform handling and processing to ensure hygienically clean uniforms for customers in food manufacturing and packaging . Uniform Handling & Processing for HACCP Food Safety HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
