WHAT’S HAPPENING APRIL: 15- Cherry Blossom Festival at Branch Brook Park in Belleville/Newark- Take in the beautiful scenery while enjoying crafts and music! 16- Historic Smithville’s Easter Parade- enjoy a beautiful Easter parade and explore the cute town after! 17-Great Falls at Paterson in Passaic County 9am-4pm – If your spring break is not over yet take the journey to see this wonderful waterfall with the family. 18- The Piccadilly Circus at New Jersey Convention & Expo Center- Have fun at the circus with your whole family! A show for everyone! 19- George Thorogood at State Theatre, New Brunswick 8pm 20-Hunterdon County Parks and Recreation Earth Day @ Deer Path Park – Celebrate Earth Day in the park from 10:30am-4pm 21- Earth DayWalk at New Jersey Botanical Gardens @ 1 pm- enjoy the fresh spring air and scenery on this walk before Earth Day. 22- HAPPY EARTH DAY!!! TAKE CARE OF THE BEAUTIFUL PLANETWE LIVE ON AND ENJOY NATURE EXTRA TODAY!!!! 23- Appel Farm Arts and Music Center Earth Day Celebrations in Elmer- Enjoy crafts, arts activities and more all while staying green! 24-Daffodil Day Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit 11am-4pm- includes music, food and lovely flowers! 25-Johnson Public Library 3-D Exhibition in Hackensack- This exhibition shows a new feel to sea life and the ocean. 26- Cape May Spring Festival in Cape May- Enjoy the festival, the animals at the zoo and more! 27- Lambertville Shad Festival 12:30-5:30 pm in Lambertville- enjoy some fish and activities for the whole family! 28-Warren County Library Hackettstown Presents Karaoke and Pizza- sing to your favorite song while eating your favorite food. 29-Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul at State Theatre, New Brunswick 30- Free Ice-cream Day at Alstede Farms Chester, NJ 10 am-6 pm- Enjoy the farm animals and rides with a free ice cream.
