BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN is made with destemmed bunches of whole berry Shiraz grapes that are macerated, then stirred daily. After eight weeks the fruit is pressed before blending with Rare Dry Gin. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. 30201305
