The first chart tracks the downward trend of paper law school reports delivered to law schools from 2004–2005 until
2010–2011.
The first bar shows roughly 130 paper images produced per applicant. The number increased in the
subsequent school year and stayed fairly steady until 2008, when a marked decline in print images per applicant is
shown. In the 2010–2011 school year, roughly 100 images per applicant were produced.
The second chart tracks the total number of images for paper law school reports produced for law
schools over the same span of years. In 2004–2005, the number was slightly more than 12 million printed
images. In 2010–2011, that number was less than 8 million.
