Prior to calling, please ensure the vehicle identification number (VIN) is available with you. VIN can be
found on vehicle registration card (Mulkiya) or on the driver door sticker.
If your vehicle is not covered under this programme, the service will be offered on a chargeable basis,
which should be discussed with the “Ford Road Assist” representative before using this service.

In case you experience any driving or safety related issues, please bring your car to the nearest service
centre. No booking or pre-calls are required.
If you experience a breakdown, please call FORD ASSIST (in case your vehicle is covered) or call the
nearest service centre.

Ford Road Assist (for vehicles covered under this programme) offers 24-hour roadside assistance that
covers you against cases such as starting problems, flat tyre, out of fuel and lock out.
