These values result from the technical
combination of a sawing column made of
Hydropol®, extreme torsion-stiff and robust
sawing gearbox, and stable and vibration-
free clamping devices. The combination of
these three critical factors reduces vibration
caused by the sawing process.
The KKS 1250 sawing machine allows
cutting of round material with diameters
from 180mm to 420mm and steel square bar
with an edge length of 160-400mm. Sawing
blade diameters from 1,100mm to 1,350mm
are possible. A user-friendly Siemens PLC
technics control system is fitted.
