Inorder tomaintain the highquality finishof JACLOproducts,
please adhere to the followingproduct care instructions:
Cleaning JACLOproducts:
For routine cleaning, simply use a
soft damp cloth and commonhousehold soap, then rinse anddry.
Proper careof your product is important becausemost water
contains calcium that deposits on surfaces, forming unpleasant
spots. This canbe avoidedby routine cleaning anddrying after
every use. Useonlymild soapbaseddetergents.

Thiswarranty is extended tooriginal consumer purchasers only.
Thiswarranty gives you specific legal rights, and youmay also have
other rightswhich vary from state to state.
Theproduct (including the finishon theproduct but excluding any
custom finishes and any installation hardware not suppliedby
JACLO) iswarranted tobe free fromdefects inmaterial or
workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime* of the
fixture, so long as theoriginal consumer purchaser owns it.
JACLO's soleobligation under this or any other warranty is limited
to repairingor replacing at JACLO's option, without labor, any part
or parts of the fixturewhich fall to conform to suchwarranty.
JACLOWILLNOTBE LIABLE FORANYCONSEQUENTIALOR
INCIDENTALDAMAGESCAUSEDBYABREACHOF THISOR
ANYOTHERWARRANTY.
Some states donot allow the exclusionof limitationof incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitationmay not apply to
you.
To securewarranty performance, theoriginal consumer purchaser
must have the fixtureproperly andprofessionally installed in
accordancewith all plumbing codes and installation instructions.
Items and actions that will void the JACLOwarranty are:
• Abuse,misuse, neglect and accidental damage
• Improper cleaning careofmaintenanceof the fixture
• Alterationof the fixture in anyway including removal of a flow
regulator/restrictor
All warranty claimsmust bemade in accordancewith the JACLO
returnpolicy (seebelow).
JACLOdoes not authorize any distributor, retailer or other person
tomodify thiswarranty or assume any liability on its behalf with
respect to it. Any question regarding theoperationof warranty
shouldbe addressed to JACLO'swarranty department.
*Due to the unpredicatable enviroment, all kitchendrains, strainers
andgarbagedisposal flanges arewarranted for theperiodof one
year fromdateof purchase from an authorized JACLOdealer
CommercialWarranty:
JACLOextends the abovewarranty for a
periodof one year fromdateof purchase topurchasers of products
for industrial, commercial, business and all non-private residential
uses.
Never use abrasive cleaners, bleach, disinfectants or cleaning
products containing alcohol, ammonia, hydrochloric or phosphoric
acids as theywill damage theproduct finish.
Please note:
Your product warrantymay not be valid if the above
cleaningguidelines are not followed.
Theuseofwater softeners,whichare loadedwith salt,will destroy
anyfinish in time. Useofwater softeners voidallwarranties.

All returnsmust be accompaniedby a JACLOReturnGoods
Authorization
(RGA)
. Please contact JACLO customer service for
return authorization. Once theproduct(s) are returned theywill be
subject to inspectionby the JACLO returns department. Pending
the results of the inspection final dispositionmay beoneof the
following:
• Full credit, i.e.Manufacturer defect (see limited lifetime
warranty), shipped in error and is in a resell condition
• Credit with 25% restock charge for returnedproduct six
months oldor less. 50% restock charge for returnedproduct
over sixmonths old. Minimum return value $25net.
• No credit onproduct returns or exchanges of discontinued
products or onproduct over one year old fromdateof sale
• No credit, product returned cannot be resold in its current
condition anddoes not fall under JACLO'swarranty
All returned items declared "No credit"will bedisposedof after 30
days fromdateof receipt by JACLO. All custom items are subject
to final sale and cannot be returned for credit
All replacement product will be shipped and invoiced. Credit for
original part is subject to the return anddispositionof original item.
All shortage anddamage claimsmust bemadewithin 7days of
receipt of the shipment. All drop shipments subject to a $7 charge.
TheCompany is constantly striving to effect improvements in its
products. Thismay require the changes bemade from time to time
with respect to thedesignof its products. Therefore, theCompany
reserves the right to affect reasonable changes of any kindwithout
notice and todeliver revisedproducts in fulfillment of any accepted
order unless this right is specificallywaivedon the faceof theCon-
sumer'sAcknowledgment.
