Downtown San Francisco Transit Center district includes 432,000 square feet of
Class A office space located in the Low and Mid Rise sections of the building
with an Amenities Level connecting to the 17 Ultra Luxury Residential High Rise
floors. The construction cost was around $500 million. The software used was
Revit. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2017 and is
seeking to achieve LEED Platinum Certification.
