1. Table 4 (Page 16): For Lab # 11 under the AOAC 993.12 Table, there is no superscipt (g) to indicate
that the data for that lab was excluded from statistical analysis.
2. For the pre collaborative study, the requirement for 3 contamination levels was not satisfied (only
uninoculated and low level inoculated samples were tested).
3 Page 46, Last para (lines 28-36): there is no discussion on how the 125 g samples were inoculated.
4. Ideally the Cantaloupe should have been inoculated on more surfaces rather than on the blossom.
Contamination of any area on the Cantaloupe surface is possible.
