OJSC Byelorussian Steel Works pro-
duces long products, wire and pipe
products of carbon and alloyed steel
grades.
The plant has numerous certificates for
conformity of the quality management
system: ISO 9001:2008, STB ISO
9001:2009, ISO/TS 16949:2009, BS EN
ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 29001 and API
Spec Q1, and the environmental system
is certified for the requirements of
ISO 14001:2004.
In 2015 the company started up a new
rolling mill that produces wire rod (5.5
to 22mm diameter, 1,800 to 2,500kg
coil weight), round bars in coils (20
to 50mm diameter, 1,800 to 2,500kg
coil weight), and round bars in straight
lengths (20 to 80mm diameter, 6 to
12m length).

Since its foundation in 2003, Dacapo
Stainless has grown into a significant
distributor group within the European
stainless steel market. The company
serves customers in its European home
markets and in more than 45 countries
worldwide.
Customers are typically medium
and large companies in Europe,
predominantly engaged in the food, dairy,
chemical, pharmaceutical and other
process industries. In addition to a wide
programme of stainless steel, Dacapo
provides various services, including a
24/7 web shop, EDI solutions, quality
control, various approvals and container
solutions. The company only buys
stainless steel from leading producers
who work to rigorous quality standards.
All seven Dacapo locations in five
countries are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
The company’s web shop has more than
10,000 items and 6,000 dimensionally
stable 3D models of BSP, food and dairy,
welding fittings, flanges and valves. The
3D models can be downloaded in the
file formats Step, Inventor and IGES.
The web shop is fully integrated with
Dacapo’s ERP system, and all purchase
orders received are reviewed by sales
teams prior to being released to the
warehouses.

All Steels Trading operates as a bulk
trader of a wide range of both long and
flat rolled steel products, and combines
this service with a large offering of
dockside stock for immediate supply
from order. The company is also able
to source and supply niche market
products, including special shapes, high
yield steels for the offshore industry,
and micro alloy grades for hot forging/
pressing such as boron steel.
From its dedicated portside warehouses
at Groveport on the east coast of
England, the business is ideally
positioned for road trailer deliveries to
the UK and mainland Europe. More
distant locations around the world can
also be serviced through the use of 20ft
and 40ft containers.
The company’s steel is only sourced
from mills that have the appropriate
accredited certifications, and all
material is thoroughly inspected at the
time each vessel is discharged and
again at the point it makes its final
journey to the customer.
The All Steels Trading teams has first-
hand knowledge of steel manufacturing
and re-rolling, enabling the company
to quickly develop high-volume niche
market products with its chosen mill
partners.
Special Steel Sections Ltd, All Steels
Trading’s sister manufacturing company,
will also be exhibiting. The company is a
hot re-roller of special steel sections and
profiles, and the mill has a production
capacity in the region of 10,000 tonnes
per year.
Using a combination of automated
production and manual hand rolling,
the company has established a niche
in the marketplace whereby it can
produce small batches of special sizes
in an efficient manner, in contrast to
fully automated, continuous rolling
mills that are designed for high-volume
production runs.
