rom rising stars such as Christopher
Kane, Erdem, Mary Katrantzou,
Marios Schwab and Jonathan
Saunders to iconic British designers
and brands such as Vivienne Westwood,
Paul Smith, Pringle of Scotland and Burberry,
these great names have kept us eager to see
more of the ideas and inspiration that has
made them the renowned designers they are
today.
At the recent London Fashion Week, over
62
catwalk shows and 20 presentations took
place over a five-day period. It is an incredible
challenge for some of our top make-up artists
to cover not only London Fashion Week SS13
which is one of the most awaited fashion events
of the year, but also to prepare the looks for
FashionWeek in NewYork, Paris and Milan.
This year, MAC was the main make-up artist
team that provided the looks for many of
the well-established fashion designers on the
catwalk. Here, we have included illustrations
of these make-up artists who have worked so
hard and contributed so much to the various
shows.
