GM Dealer Workbook - page 126-127

We encourage you to schedule your inspection at your originating GM dealership.
Your dealer may have helpful suggestions for repairs to minimize the out-of-pocket
expenses related to excess wear and tear. Your dealer can also help you determine
which repairs may be covered under the vehicle’s warranty. Once any repairs are
completed, mail or fax the receipts to GM Financial before returning your vehicle so
we can credit your account.
You may want to schedule your vehicle inspection to be completed at your home
or office if that is more convenient for you. If that is the option you choose, we
recommend you meet with your GM dealer to review potential wear-
and-tear charges and repairs after the inspection is completed.
