Man-Gap-Ball
, Beat the Man- Defend your Gap- Find the Ball
Attack the blocker. Once in position lower hips and deliver a blow (Fit)
Get separation, and rip past the blocker.
Get big in the gap, in a proper Breakdown Position ready to make a tackle.
DO NOT
Get washed out of the gap past the cones
If you cant get past the blocker, use him to clog the Gap
