Man-Zone-Ball
, Read the Man- Defend your Zone- Find the Ball
Take 3 step drop, once you read run attack the blocker.
Once in position lower hips and deliver a blow (Fit) Get separation, and rip past the blocker.
Get big in the gap, in a proper Breakdown Position ready to make a tackle.
DO NOT
Get washed out of the gap past the cones
If you cant get past the blocker, use him to clog the Gap
