The goal of the Safety Leader Profile
is to provide our Operations Partners
with a description of the Safety
Leader role and its responsibilities.
Teammates chosen as Safety Leaders
must understand the importance
of the Safety Leader role and
its responsibilities.
Teammate Safety estimates Safety
Leaders will spend an average of
five hours per month on Safety
Leader meetings, calls and training.
As Teammate Safety begins to roll out
new programs, it will be imperative for
our Safety Leaders to possess these
necessary skills and characteristics
to be successful in their role as
Safety Leaders.
