Thousands gathered
last month to
watch Dubai Festival City’s annual Dragon
Boat Festival.
The tournament drew entrants from
across the UAE including the Mighty
Dragons from the Crowne Plaza Dubai
Festival City. The team reached the finals

players alike. Featuring a floodlit driving
range, chipping area and practice putting

This is our fifth year and it is becoming
more popular every time.
It is a fantastic sport that brings the whole
family together for a day of excitement.”
Afterwards, a barbecue for the 400
participants was held at the Belgian Beer Café,
run by Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City.
Children were catered for with a kids’
corner, face painting and colouring
activities.
