If you are eligible*, enroll in the 401(k) Plan today and be steps closer to the purrfect retirement.
1. Go to Fidelity’s website at www.401k.com .
2. Set up your personal identification number (PIN).
3. Click on the link to enroll and make your contribution and investment elections.
4. Choose beneficiary(ies) to receive your account balance in the event of your death.
