Manufacturing process
: Crumb rubber made from recycled tires is blended with a
polyurethane binder. After the blend is poured into molds, the mold press is heated and
put under pressure for a few minutes. The molded products are then pulled out of the
mold and cooled for 24 hours before shipment.
A wide variety of high-quality, proven products are made from California’s recycled tires.
