THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN AVAILABLE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AT THE
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS AND THE RESERVATIONS ARE COMING IN VERY
SLOW...IN SPEAKING WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE THEY SAY THEY WILL BE ATTENDING
BUT..... NO DEPOSIT?
(This weekend takes a lot of planning and if we don't know the attendance it makes it very
difficult to plan the event if we do not meet our quota for room reservations we will be forced to
cancel the event! and we don't want to loose our deposits, so if you know you are going send in
your application)
