General Information


On or after the day you’re eligible to upgrade, go to

. On the right

side of the screen, enter your current United Community Bank Login ID - the

current Login ID you use today, will be the same Login ID you will use for the

new system. Next, click the “Log in” button.


Enter your current United Community Bank Online Banking password when

prompted and click “Log In.”


Choose where you would like us to deliver your Secure Access Code. A Secure

Access Code (SAC) is a temporary, one-time code that will help us identify you

and your device. It will allow you to log in to the new Online Banking system

and register your device. The SAC is only valid for a limited period of time.

If the contact information we have on file is inaccurate or out-of-date,

you cannot proceed further. Please contact us at 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-

822-2651) to update your contact information.


Once you receive your Secure Access Code (SAC), you will enter it into the

box on the screen as shown below. SACs are only valid for a limited time and

cannot be reused.


Next, you will be prompted to change your password. Your new password

must be at least 5 characters long, but no more than 15 characters long. It

must also contain a minimum of 1 number. You will enter it into the fields
