Handbook Draft - Season 2014 15 - page 7

THE JACK HOGG CHARITY SHIELD
The Jack Hogg Charity Shield has been in existence since 1991 and is an annual competition, usually held between the winners of the
PFA Senior Cup and the ChromaSport and Trophies Peterborough District Football League. The competition is based on that of the FA
Community Shield and held as a curtain raiser for the forthcoming season. Occasionally, when a team wins both competitions, the
team that finished runner up in the league will provide the opposition. This was the case in 2013, where Moulton Harrox, the League
and Cup holders, were defeated by League Runners Up, Netherton United.
