2012 Employee Manual | Effective March 1, 2012
I have read and fully understand the terms of this Non-Solicitation Agreement. I
understand this Agreement is a condition of my employment, and if I do not accept
its terms, I will not be hired, or if presently employed by the Firm, I will be terminated.
I have been given the opportunity to consult with an attorney of my choosing prior
to signing for the purpose of having my rights explained to me, and I have either
consulted with an attorney or hereby waive my right to do so.
