Daloo
Stand: 10E38
Daloo, a member of the Gauder Goup, has
a long background in the cable industry.
For cable producers wanting simple and
reliable stranding, taping, rewinding
lines and accessories for power and
communication cables, Daloo is the name.
While the design is based on European
experience, the manufacturing is done in
China following strict criteria: systematic
quality control all along the process, main
and critical components ordered from
well-known companies, and support from
local agents.
In addition to the pay-o that will
be exhibited on the stand, the range
includes rigid cage stranders, taping lines,
rewinding lines, take-ups and pulling
caterpillars.

Delisi
Stand: 10H24
Delisi manufactures and sells automatic
wire straightening and cutting machines
for diameters from 1 to 22mm for smooth
and ribbed wire.
The new model HS6H with hydraulic and
ying shear cut for wires from 1.5 to 6mm
is suitable for smooth wires and, thanks to
special devices, for very short pieces.
It has four couples of feeding rolls and
rapid change of diameter. Feed speed is
from 30 to 150m/min. With the special
devices it is the best for short pieces with
perfect cut and lengths.
Further features include wireless twisted,
increased production and reduced noise.

DEMWire Rolling
Technology
Stand: 11H41
Berkenho , Germany, better known as
bedra, has more than one good reason
to market and advertise under the motto:
“bedra – intelligent wires”.
Whether EDM, electronics, welding or
wire for special applications, they all
peak as precise products having as nal
destination the automotive and all sorts of
high-tech industries.
In 2013, looking at further modernisation,
bedra
successfully
started-up
and
commissioned a complete new cold
rolling line for the production of
technological wires made in copper,
nickel-silver, bronze and brass.
The line has been designed, manufactured
and commissioned by DEM Wire Rolling
Technology, Italy.
The rationale behind the project is an
increased output rate. However, with no
compromise possible as to permissible
deviations from demand; hence with total
emphasis on the outcomes, excellence in
geometry, undisputed surface quality, all
coupled to repeated statistical behaviour.
This sounds like nothing new for machine
builders, except for the fact that this
time the focus was on squares as small
as 0.35mm and ats of 3 x 0.8mm with
a tolerance of less than 0.002mm (2
microns).
Needless to say, the project was a
challenge for a number of reasons: the
capability of the system to measure on
such a minimal scale, stepless adjustment
at micronic level and error-free traverse
winding at 20m/s.
But the project, with bedra and DEM
teams working together, is on schedule.
The line basically consists of pay-o
facilities, pro le rolling stands, dancers,
cooling facilities, wiping devices, in-line
measuring devices and coiler with
automatic unloading facilities. DEM
acted as a system integrator supplying
all the electrical equipment, controls and
software for line automation.
This is the latest of a series of cold
rolling lines for pro les supplied by
DEM to Germany and a great leap for
bedra towards the consolidation of its
world-leading role in the eld of special
wires.

Die Quip
Stand: 09D06-01
The goal of making more wire per
die is easily reached with a Die Quip
die nishing machine. As a global
manufacturer,
the
company
has
established a line of machines to grind,
polish and size dies in a quick, e cient,
accurate process eliminating operator
error and guesswork.
Better dies pull more wire and cause
less production problems so Die Quip
designed stand-alone machines for
nishing dies in all sizes, and for larger
production runs it can build work cells to
keep maximum e ciency and eliminate
downtime from size changeovers. Its
approach to a modern die shop brings
huge bene ts to the whole production
process by implementing a work ow
system
that
sets
procedures
and
incorporates training to maximise each
machine’s capabilities.
The company has designed many
extensive training options and on-site
consultations that teach operators how
to use its equipment, choose diamond
tooling for maximum results and di erent
methods of making dies. Technicians
can spend time in customer facilities
designing a programme customised
to meet production needs and provide
reference materials such as the exclusive
die training handbook.
