shops, with over 5,000 valves and ready
to mount parts. The company claims to
have one of the largest stocks of triple
eccentric valves in the world.
Zwick assures short-term delivery times
and flexibility in material selection, even
when it comes to materials like duplex,
super duplex or bronze. Unusual
requests are handled with high priority.
For more than 30 years, Zwick has
manufactured valves for various
industrial applications. At present, the
company is focused on producing
TriCon series triple offset metal-seated
butterfly valves. TriCon valves are used
where reliable function and absolute
tightness are essential for the user or
operator.
These valves are found mainly in
applications of waste gases, liquids,
hot water or steam at low and high
temperatures of up to 815°C. Other
important markets include the chemical
and petrochemical industry, especially
in critical applications.
The standard portfolio of
products starts with sizes
from DN 50 to DN 1800,
pressure classes fromPN10
to PN 160, corresponding
inch diameters (2" to 72"),
and ANSI pressure classes
150 to 900.
The TriCon Series offers the
full range of popular face-
to-face dimensions and
body styles such as short
and long pattern double
flanged valves, lug-type or
valves with buttweld ends,
all in accordance with DIN,
ANSI and API standards.
Zwick is committed to
offering environmentally
friendly products, such as
its stem packing design
that is certified as a low
emission device, as per TA
Luft II. All Zwick parts and manufacturing
processes are conducted at the
company’s Ennepetal facilities, with no
third party participation.

Whether for the application of gas and
water or district heating, Beulco’s brass
connectors provide safe and simple
handling.
The latest development in this segment
is a plug-in connector that is applicable
for gas and for water. Equipped with
‘smart grip’ technology, the connector
ensures that the pipe is only stressed as
strongly as necessary. Trouble caused
by premature wear is excluded.
In addition to connectors with male and
female thread, elbows and T-pieces,
adjustable repair couplings are part of
the product range. The adjustable repair
coupling ensures a safe bridging of
PE and PE-Xa pipe damage. With the
use of insert pipe the plug-in repair
couplings are certified for applications
in the field of gas and water.
The equivalent in the field of solar is
the company’s quick coupling system
for corrugated stainless steel pipe with
the ‘poka yoke’ seat, which ensures
trouble-free installation without special
tools.
The manufacturer has more than 60
years of experience in constructing and
producing connectors for PE pipes. As
one of the first suppliers of brass fittings
for plastic pipes, the company provides
