to go through MLT

MLT data gathered and submitted to AOAC for
review by ERP for consideration of Official Final
Action

MLT data will also be reviewed by ISO
•
Final Action Methods with support from AOAC,
ISO/IDF and others will be proposed to Codex as
Type II Dispute Resolution Methods
SPIFAN MLT Process

Study Directors identify interested labs (minimum
10‐12)

Study Directors develop MLT protocol
•
Labs demonstrate capability on practice sample
•
Successful labs participate in full MLT using
SPIFAN matrices
