THE Tkt Group has announced a partnership agreement with
PH Chem, a Busan, South Korea-based company, producing
and distributing wire drawing lubricants.
PH Chem will be the exclusive agent and distributor in Korea
of Tecnovo lubricants, Koner dies and a wide range of Tkt
auxiliary products for wire drawing.
Tkt and PH Chem are also going to launch a new line of
lubricants as Tecnolubre FM/913, sodium-based products
which are 100 per cent free from borax and dust, boron
derivatives and nitrites, drastically reducing problems in the
working environment, cutting consumption and eliminating
product waste.
The companies will promote the Sintek FL/22 line of liquid
compounds for wet drawing, made from natural products
and renewable sources.
PH Chem will promote the sales of Koner K.340 pressure
dies, a product specially constructed and designed to greatly
improve lubrication and drawing performance, reduce costs
and improve quality with a substantial improvement in
lubrication and a clear economic return.
Tkt Group will collaborate with PH Chem to produce
innovative calcium soaps in Korea.
The target of both companies is to offer customers their
range of quality products and services, alongside technical
assistance.

New man at the helm
ASK Chemicals has appointed Frank
Coenen as its chief executive officer,
succeeding Stefan Sommer in the role.
Mr Coenen most recently served as
chief executive officer of Tessenderlo
Group,
a
global,
Belgian-listed
speciality chemicals group.
Outgoing chief executive Stefan
Sommer
led
many
important
accomplishments during his time in the
role, from the creation of ASK
Chemicals as an independent business in 2010 to its
successful sale to Rhône.
