Activities with ICMA‑RC’s President and CEO RC FORWARD At this annual event, the CEO provides associates with a review of ICMA‑RC’s past performance and accomplishments as well as an overview of the corporation’s goals for the year ahead. MANAGERS’ MEETINGS The CEO presides over periodic managers’ meetings where corporate performance and accomplishments are reviewed and discussed. Various division heads often participate. TOWN HALL MEETINGS The CEO periodically hosts town hall meetings at our headquarters offices to discuss current events and provide information related to various corporate initiatives. Notices about these meetings are generally sent to associates via email. MEETINGS WITH THE PRESIDENT & CEO Associates are randomly selected to attend an informal meeting with ICMA‑RC’s President & CEO. These gatherings may be scheduled periodically throughout the year. ASSOCIATE/CEO MEETINGS At ICMA‑RC, we have an open-door policy, and the CEO’s door is open to all associates. Contact the CEO’s office to schedule an appointment. It is recommended that associates follow the normal reporting and resolution process for employee-relations issues. ICMA‑RC Corporate Culture Survey ICMA‑RC associates are periodically invited to participate in a survey and share their opinions about ICMA‑RC: what ICMA‑RC does well and where the corporation can improve as an employer. A summary of the results of this survey is shared with the board of directors, the CEO, division management and associates. “Monday Update” At the beginning of each week, Human Resources provides ICMA‑RC associates with a communication that highlights important information about current events within the corporation. Archives of the “Monday Update” can be found at my.icmarc.org . Associate Newsletter Associates can read our associate newsletter, The Horizon , at our corporate intranet site, my.icmarc.org . The Education and Communications team in the Marketing Division produces this publication, which highlights our business, associate activities, and other important topics about ICMA‑RC.
