Daly and Gerald Goldberg. 21 Legal Implications of the Common Market The President stated that with the secretary he had attended a meeting which had been called by the Chief Justice to discuss the implications of Ireland's proposed entry into the Common Market. It had been agreed at the meeting that a series of lectures should, if possible, be arranged in order to disseminate information on the legal implications of the Treaty of Rome and the European Court, and it had been suggested that the Society and the Benchers of King's Inns should arrange for and sponsor the lectures.
