24 Civil Liability Bill, 1960

A memorandum has been prepared for submission 25 to the Department of Justice. There was a discussion 25 on section 42 of the bill which deals with the question 25 of costs where there is a claim and counterclaim and the damages are reduced because of the negligence 25 of one or more parties to the action.
