5. Select the desired field name from the field section in the PivotTable Field List pane and drag to the Column Labels box in the layout section. The selected field name is highlighted and the mouse pointer changes to a move handle. The field name label appears as you drag to the desired location in the layout section. The selected field name is displayed in the Column Labels box in the layout section, and column labels are displayed, along with a Grand Total column and row, in the PivotTable report worksheet. 7.
