E DITING A S LICER  D ISCUSSION

You can edit a Slicer box name to provide more details about the data. You can change how the list is sorted (Ascending, Descending or custom.) You can also use the Slicer ribbon to apply different styles to the Slicer boxes.

If you have a Slicer box with a lot of data, you can change the box to display in multiple columns. The boxes can be arranged so they are stacked, grouped together as one object and more. When Slicers are grouped together, they can be moved around the worksheet as one object, but the filtering capabilities are still functional.

P ROCEDURES

1. Select the Slicer Box to be edited.

2. If necessary, click the Slicer Tools Analyze tab.

3. If desired, change the Slicer Caption .

4. Choose a Slicer Style .
