If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turn- out or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant property doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round, a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count towards PRCA World standings, PRCA Xtreme Bulls standings, and PRCA Rookie of the Year standings provided that the contestant entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. NOTE: In order for money won at an Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo or the 2018 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2018 season a contestant must have competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2018 PRCA World standings and 2018 Xtreme Bulls standings. It will not count for All Around or All American standings.
