J eanette A. Griver is the Inc., a corporation that specializes in communication and problem-solving. Ms. Griver has published articles on the subjects since 1964 and presented her techniques to over 100,000 people all over the world. She received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the College of Letters & Science at the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Arts in human factors psychology from the College of Letters & Science at the University of Southern California. For over 62 years she has held executive positions, having started her career as a vice president for Jan Engineering Electronic Components. In 1953 she opened the electronic division of the company with her husband, who had invented an electronic terminal that eliminated founder and chief executive officer of Compsych Systems,

With her husband as the inventor, she took on the marketing responsibilities, which included managing human factors in an effort to motivate people to become more objective and help women advance professionally. She was promoted to president of the company and served in that capacity from 1962 to 1989. During her time there, she trained people from multiple fields and backgrounds on management and helped to strengthen their verbal communication skills. Since 1962, she has been chief executive officer of Compsych Systems Inc. Ms. Griver added the title of author to her resume, writing “Applied Problem Analysis Plus,” “Oh No! Not Another Problem,” and the “Curio a Shetland Sheepdog” series. She remains active as a member of the International Association of Nanotechnology, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and the Pacific Palisades Lions Club. Her vision has been to give individuals the information that she has gathered from successful people to help them achieve their dreams and provide them with an edge over people who do not think objectively.
