A Marquis Who's Who Magazine

I t is imperative that upstanding and dedicated people are put in place to ensure that citizens are abiding by the laws of a society, while it is the duty of judges to preside over cases, deliver fair and just decisions, and uphold the law. Not everyone has what it takes, but E. Patricia Herron excelled at the job. Having obtained a master’s degree from The Catholic University of America in 1956 and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley in 1964, Judge Herron had the tools necessary to be admitted to the State Bar of California in 1965. In 1977 she began serving as a judge for the Superior Court of California and then remained in that capacity for 10 years. With her newfound experience, she became a private judge from 1987 to 1990, and then began working for JAMS, a private provider of alternative dispute resolution services, for 15 years.

One of her biggest honors is being the namesake of the E.
