The clinic is in conjunction with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife! FREE for young anglers under the age of 16. Fish and Wildlife will be distributing poles, assisting with teaching anglers how to cast and bait hooks. Exciting chances to win prizes and more! Check-in is between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. 2

FEB LAKE CAHUILLA FISHING CLINIC 10 Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lake Cahuilla Veterans Regional Park Lake Cahuilla County Park, 58075 Jefferson St, La Quinta, CA 92253 A FREE educational event about the watershed that involves the Aquarium of the Pacific! Touch and sensory booths will be available for kids to interact with under water friends, along with multiple arts and crafts.

Go back in time to live like the Californios of the past by churning your own ice cream, tend to farm animals, cook tortillas on an outdoor stove, and build an adobe of your very own! This camp will help kids understand how the Jensen Alvarado family lived in the 1800s.

Our Nature Center will be open for viewing out live resident animals, nature and wildlife displays.

We will be learning all about butterflies and other pollinators. There are crafts, a butterfly tent with over 100 butterflies, vendors and story time hosted by the local library.

There is pumpkin painting, crafts, a maypole, stagecoach on display, bouncy house, local history scavenger hunt! This event is co-hosted by the San Gorgonio Pass Historical Society.

We have a Cahuilla Come explore the spooky side of nature! Featuring Paul Cash’s Haunted Magic Show, a mad science lab, pumpkin painting contest, petting zoo, bouncy house and games. It is a great time for the whole family!
